General Return Conditions
- Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return
- Initiating the Return:
- Send an email to info@trendnice.com indicating the reason for the return and the order number.
- Wait for our team to provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packing Your Return:
- Safely pack the items in the original packaging or an equivalent.
- Include a copy of the original invoice with the RMA number clearly written.
- Sending Your Return:
- Ship your return package to the address provided in our return instructions.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the regular return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day period or not in its original condition will be rejected.
